Better Together

“Better Together” consultations take place in February each year. Interested stakeholders, such as staff, governors, parents etc join collectively to discuss our whole school/centre development plan. The plan is designed to cover the five outcomes of the Every Child Matters Agenda:

• Be Healthy
• Stay Safe
• Enjoy and Achieve
• Make a Positive Contribution
• Achieve Economic Wellbeing

Diary Dates for 2011

Monday 23rd January
Chinese New Year – Children will be enjoying using chop sticks to eat with and making a dragon.

Tuesday 24th January
Flouride Varnishing applications will take place throughout the day.

Saturday 28th January
Men‘s session 1.30pm—3.30pm—Calling all Dads, Uncles & Grandads — we are planning a swimming trip to Bowling Pool and would love for you to come along. Please book at reception if you would like to have a splashing time!!

Wednesday 8th February
Nursery School closes for the half term holidays.

Thursday 9th February
Whole School/Centre is closed for our ?Better Together Day? Training Day. This is our annual Better Together Training Day and we would love all our parents to come along for the day—lunch will be provided. Look out for further information.

Friday 10th February
Extended Provision re-opens and will continue to run throughout the half term holiday.

Monday 20th February
Nursery re-opens
