“St Edmund’s Children’s Centre is at the heart of its community and is extremely successful, providing an outstanding quality of service for all its children and families. The centre is exceptionally well led, with outstanding teamwork leading to excellent provision for families. Responsibilities are distributed across the staff team, which ensures that each member of staff plays an important part in the children’s centre and its delivery of a range of excellent services. Many of the staff are former centre users, volunteers or students and they provide excellent role models for their community. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, commitment and dedication to raising standards are exemplary”.
