We hope that you all had a lovely break over the Easter period! There will be some exciting changes happening in the 2-3 room this half term, Cara will be going on Maternity leave from the 24th April and Clare Jones from Red Class will be coming to join the team. We wish Cara and her family very best wishes!

    2-3-one

Lynne will be taking on a new role and will be working with the children throughout the school/centre leading some Jabadao movement sessions and supporting physical development. We look 2-3-twoforward to learning and exploring with some new moves and exciting resources! As Lynne will not be based in the 2-3 room we would like to welcome Zoe into our room, some of you may remember Zoe as she has worked at St Edmunds before. We would also love to welcome Rachel Cox & Ruth Nutter into the room.

We hope that the weather will begin to change and that we can say goodbye to the snow for another year and make way to some sunshine enjoying some planting in our garden.

2-3-threeAt St Edmund’s we think that giving children the opportunity to share a book every day is extremely important. Please speak with the staff in the room about borrowing books and exciting ideas with books. Before the Easter break a particular favourite in the 2-3 room with some of the children and Mohammed Zain was the story ‘Bumpus Jumpus Dinosaurumpus!’ where the dinosaurs enjoy dancing, shaking and getting ready to romp.
